I cannot explain my outrage... I found stolen art on someone's myspace profile... I recognized it from a print account i had browsed months ago on here, but the person who was using it was not the owner of the print account. They posted it as their default picture with no credits given to the creator of the picture. I can't understand stuff like this, it just makes my blood boil to think that someone could be so rude. Of course its some 15 year old idiot from somewhere in maryland that stole the art.

*screams as if shot in the eye with a nail gun* I HATE hearing about stuff like this... it was the one fear I had that made me almost not join devART to begin with. Which is stupid... this is a great community and we shouldn't have to worry about filthy little art-lifters. GrrrrrrrrrrrR :rip: :frustrated: :pissedoff: :rage: :threaten:

Wait until someone sends you an email containing one of your own images, then accuses you of stealing it from them when you ask about it ;)

That makes me really sad, thankfully I've only been ripped once, and after sending a polite e-mail to the girl, she agreed to put a link to my deviant page underneath, so it was like free advertising.

not too bad... i did call the kid out on the fact that the artwork was stolen... hopefully he'll actually respond so he can do something about it and not just be an ass, but i'm not expecting much :(

With all the little arsewipes that frequent this place nowdays, do you think that will stop them? They find their way around scripts and protection devices.. they edit out copyright notices on images (even photos).. they just don't care. It's sad really...

And yes, the moon does stare back down at you.. and me!
